Toronto based artist Ray Caesar is a master of digital art. He uses 3D software renderings and real world scannings to create a disturbing, dark world settled somewhere between French Rococo, Vermeer and David Lynch screenplays. His doll-like figures are innocent creatures at the first look, but cruel and broken on the second one. It´s a dreamy setup full of sad, childlike characters hunting back for their innocence that made Ray Caesar a world-known artist.From December 15th 2012 to January 19th 2013 Ray Caesar is having a solo exhibtion called "Sinnocence" at the KochxBos Gallery in Amsterdam. It´s one of Netherlands most anticipated shows coming up, so better not miss it.
